  • You are welcome. Everyone needs a starting place.

  • this is not a proper push up sorry. biggest problem you are flaring your elbows out which is not right and is not good for you. flaring elbows can lead to injury. keep elbows in to your sides when pulling yourself down with grip of your hands. I would suggest people look up several proper for push up videos for male or females and majority will say elbows in as the know what they are teaching. sorry you are hurting people here more then helping.

  • @roblin1974 Thank you robin. This is how they were taught years ago. Not everyone has the strength to keep their elbows tucked into their sides. It is tough on the shoulders and the triceps. Just like any exercise there are cautions that everyone has to take. I was recently taught elbows tucken in. As soon as I can modify them to the extreen. I will place a new clip. There is always something changing in the fitness world. That is why I contine to take ceus.

  • @roblin1974 Oh and by the way. Most sites still teach pushups the way I do. Keeping the elbows in is now being taught as the proper way. It will take time like all changes till it catches on. It's not wrong just different.

  • Thank you very much, im very grateful.

  • very helpful,tq. =)

  • If you are just starting then build up to 10. If you have been doing these for awhile then perform 15 super slow. when you can achieve that then it is time to increase intensity.

  • how much reps sud i do in 1 go?

  • @ohxianbiao98 You are welcome. Glad I could help.
