  • @ericlinzy What did you think was going to happen when you put "bench pressing 315 x 38 reps" as the tittle? People want to see full motion reps not your "strength train"ing and no I'm no where near as strong as you but that doesn't mean I can't critiCize you for stupidity.

  • i also see u guys that critique didnt look at the vids where i touched my chest with full range of motion.. i do powerlifting and im sure im stronger than any of u who critisize..i hold the record for bench press..im not wearing wraps for sport..

  • Honestly, you're doing a good job. Very impressive, moving it easily. I see that you're training the lockout/ the upper half of the bench motion primarily here and I respect that as a very specific training method.

    But honestly, with all of the ignorant know it all lifters on here, the only videos that should exist are full range of motion, slow, controlled repetitions of bench and bicep curls. Don't listen to them.
