Before walmart there was Kmart.I remember there used to be about 5 kmarts in the surrounding area I grew up in.Now theres only 2.And there only open to compete with walmarts that are next door to them.the stores interiors are horribly dated and disorganized.maybe if thet reinvent themselves they can compete
