Low Cal. "Cottage Pie" Recipe

I've had a lot of request for hardy, yet healthy, dinner ideas. So, here's one for Cottage Pie! (Kind of like Shepherd's Pie.) It's filling and yummy, but pretty healthy too! @montanafangirl Yep! It's not really hot sauce, like Tobasco. It's just salsa. And it gets all cooked up and mixed around and when the dish is finished, it's hardly spicy at all! Which is good because I don't like spicy stuff :P

I like the addition of the kidney beans. I am always looking for ways to make our shepherd's pie go further. With so many kids, they want seconds, but if I can make the first helping fill them up more, then fantastic!

I love how Declan seems to eat whatever you put in front of him. I have an extremely picky 2-year-old and it's super frustrating and hard to find something that he will actually eat.

@babymakesus3 I know what you mean :P Tripp has gotten kind of picky since turning 3, but we can usually bribe him pretty well haha!! Declan is still at that age where he'll just eat anything you put in front of him!
