  • Great video! You may already know this but be careful of the artificial sweeteners also, like those in Crystal Light. Aspartame is not good for you. A lot of "light" or "fat free" products have added sugars and other chemicals to make them taste better. I've added Stevia in place of my Sweet n Lows and trying to wean myself off of CL. I see you're also a TJ's fan. I love that place! We also like that particular Friday's freezer meal from time to time. Love your nail polish, is that Space Cadet?

  • This video was so helpful! I have been trying to lose weight and it is so hard to do that when I live at home with my parents so I have to eat what they by. But my parents want to lose weight too so the next time we go grocery shopping I know what to tell them what kinds of things we need to buy! Also what brand of whole wheat pasta or rice do you buy that is good? if you eat whole wheat pasta/rice. Thanks!

  • @tweety8804 I don't eat much rice, but I do buy the whole wheat pasta sometimes. I usually just buy my supermarket's brand called Meijer Naturals.

  • We all do have journeys. I have my own and I love watching you talk about yours. It is so inspiring. Health is very important, I workout and eat healthy regularly. I have always said that it is not about weight. Not for me, I strive to be healthy, feel strong, and challenge myself when it comes to workouts and food.   • I as well have a food plan but if I want a cupcake I will eat one. I have ciliacs disease sp I am allergic to wheat. I have had to adapt glutten free yea put on 40 lbs so I have adapted my food plan. Do u do zumba
