  • What camera are you using? wight? Wingspan?

  • @heavyweather

    1 Flycamone2.

    2 18oz wet

    3 48" spam

Zagi is made from EPP foam and covered in packing tape.

  • Maybe if you angle the camera slightly down, you can record the scenery without sun glare and get the city in frame while flying level ;)

  • actually it is just 10-15%, need more though

  • It was worth it, lol ;P

  • totally

  • What is that old abandoned building you are flying close to on Roosevelt Island ?

It is sad it is left in ruins in my opinion, it could be a nice place imho.

  • Cool vid!

  • So so close, almost made it back

  • Thanks...I just revived my EPP wing with some powerfull brushless config.

We used to cover them with heavy duty 1k paint/laminat militay uses for heavy duty workshop floors. That saves weight over the packing tape. You only have to tape the nose and end because the paint makes the nose break on heavy impacts (or your wing destroys others in combat)

  • I love your videos!

Such great views of New York!

I can't believe you get away with flying that high in a built up area!

If I tried that here there would be SWAT teams rappelling down out of helicopters!

Glad you didn't have to go for a swim to recover your plane!

    10/10!!

  • cant get enough of your video's :)

  • That's interesting. I also discovered this video on google earth.
