nice upgrade - replace the main drive shaft with alloy or carbon. I think I can hear the stock plastic one hitting the inside of the housing (mine did the same).
I'm running a Hobbywing 9T 60A setup by the way.

How is the tranny and drivetrain holding up to the brushless power?

@tommyboy85 It held up well. the diffs, drive cups and dogbones are all metal.
As long as you dont put a crazy brushless system, and dont use more than a 2s lipo the drivetrain lasts a long time.
