  • I also wanted to know if there is a pattern for this quilt that I could buy or have? I LOVE the way you get different squares/diamonds with shifting the triangles. Just how difficult is this quilt? I hope to hear from you soon. If there's no pattern, could you tell me the number of strips, size of strips and the size of the triangles you cut? Thank you in advance for your help. Have a great day!

  • @margepoc hi this was a class at the cairns sewing centre. i spoke to wendy a few months back and she said she was inspired by a book i think it was called one fabric quilts i did google it and saw it online but didnt buy it. you need to use border fabrics for this quilt. thats how you get the kaleidoscope effect with the repeats of the pattern. i havent made it again and wish i could too. i do think there are some designers out there doing similar all over print fabric but in kaleidoscope. ss08

  • @sewsweet08 - Are you referring to the book "Wonderful 1-fabric Quilts" by Kay Nickols? Or One-Block Wonders: One Fabric, One Shape, One-of-a-Kind Quilts by Maxine Rosenthal? Or another book entirely? Thank you so much for all your help. Have a great day!
