This top-rated, no-bake chocolate pie is so quick and easy. Simply cream butter and blend it with melted chocolate, vanilla, and eggs! Then just beat the ingredients until thick, fluffy, and silky smooth. Slip the mixture into a baked pie shell, and give it some time in the refrigerator, and you're done. It's a great pie for Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners when oven space is at a premium.

Thank you for your question. Baking chocolate will be labeled as such on the package. Baking chocolate doesn't have sugar in it and has a very instense and strong chocolate flavor. Happy baking!

Thank you for your question. You could use a sugar substitute in this recipe. Please be sure to use "splenda for baking" which is designed to be used instead of sugar. Happy baking!

Christine, thank you for your question. You can use pasteurized eggs in this recipe.

If you're worried, get pasteurized eggs. Or even use Eggbeaters.
