you've got to let the cat figure this out on its own. If it gets used to having someone to remove the cup immediately, one day when the owner isn't there, the cat will get stuck and suffocate. So you let it suffer for a few minutes and learn to get the cup off or make sure that it will always remember how much it sucks to have a cup stuck on the face.
