  • That sound belongs to Mr. Hackett. I'm quite sure of that.

  • Mmm, sound's quite vintage ... would it really be Genesis playing, with ol' Steve Hackett ? where did you get that ? (by the way i really love this masterpiece)

  • it's actually not a faster version, it's just a very different arrangement of the first part, playing it with the full band instead of just piano und classical guitar.

  • I love this song, this version and the slow studio version but i like this version a little bit more but the original studio version calms me down and is so peacefull

  • A lot rehearsal tapes flying around from this era of Genesis. Interesting to hear the evolution of the song. There's a version of 'Cinema Show' out there that has Peter Gabriel singing the main instrumental theme before it was strictly in the keyboard solo.

  • faster version reminds me of giant hogweed

  • Sounds like a precursor to ace of wands!

  • they made the right choice going with the slow version !! Still interesting !

  • Where can you buy this version of this song on cd? Hackett is a Master.

  • missing the GRACE of rock progressive :-)

  • yes..it sounds like Steve, but some chords are wrong.
