A few hours after the pool party (episode 2) Nikki, Siernna, Paris, and their friends arrive at the hospital to see Felicia, the victim of Vanessa's beatings. Koby joins the girls at the hospital and shortly after Vanessa shows up at the hospital to speak with Koby another savage attack occurs.
