OCD on "Alice and Bob and the Third Party" in Chapter 4.
The boxes bouncing in the water will start moving horizontally and eventually hit a cog if you disturb them.
Usually there are some goos left around the level that you can nudge around with boxes (including goos that have fallen in the water, if you get there before they hit a cog).

Alice and Bob are very often used to explain encryption, message signing, and such. Alice is sending Bob a message. Normally, the third-party, the evesdroper, is called Eve.
