Sometimes it's not their fault. Like one time the U.S. sent a ship to spy on North Korea. Yet, North Korea captured the ship, took information from the crew, and contacted America. America claimed it was a research ship, but NOrth Korea had already took information, so now the ship is in display at a museum in North Korea.
