I mean I Need to have an Accelerator Card like Nvidia?

Having a better graphics is always better, but what you need for Virtualization is VT technology,which is present in your processor,so go ahead and build your hackintosh,check out the hackintosh-india site for how to.

well it depends upon the resource you allocate for the guest OS, if you follow the default settings,there wont be any issues. It is recommended to have huge RAM at least above 2GB to run any virtualization software.
