Free Tibet protest at Bird's Nest national stadium and hang two banners demanding a Free Tibet.

Climbers Ian Thom, a 24-year-old from Edinburgh, and Phill Bartell, 34, from New Jersey in the U.S. scaled two 120-foot light poles outside the stadium to hang the banners. One read "One World, One Dream, Free Tibet." The second read "Tibet will be Free" in English and "Free Tibet" in Chinese.

  • Look, Since China is so huge, its difficult to strictly regulate all their products. Those bad guys are riding the boom of the Chinese economy & manufacturers and this happens in all countries!

It's impossible to FULLY boycott Chinese products since most products now do get manufactured in china. Walmart & other stores in the world can afford to sell cheap products thanks to many China-made products. Take a class for economy b4 talking bullshit.

  • I suggest simple treatment to these fuckers: DO NOT BUY CHINESE even if it means paying more, whatever you buy will be defective anyway. Kick them out of our countries, so they can go and simmer in their own shit. Cheap shops selling rubbish, prostitutes, underground textile factories, piracy in all sorts and forms, and no regard whatsoever for anything... great people indeed!!. China is living a sweet era being the "factory" of the world, but mid-long term oil prices will put that in place

  • why did they climb up there? did they do the right thing in the right way???? i think they did the wrong thing.they should not climbed up there, whatever they were trying to do! no country could allow them to do that
