I got a Mexico strat, better than a tennis racket anyway.
-
Well, that would explain why Made in Mexico guitars have N3 Noiseless Pickups, S1 Out of Phase Switching and Nitrocellulose Finishes. Oh wait...
There is a difference on most Made in America Guitars. Difference between Made In Mexicos and American Standards? Definitely. Difference between MiM's and American Specials? Not so much, but then you don't pay as much for them. All the marketing aside, they're still not the same instruments.
-
honestly - don't waste your money on a mia strat, just go for mim. oddly, mims are more consistent than mias. but when a mia is good - damn is it good.

think tone

@brettnhomer I would be perfectly happy with an MIM. I know that they only differance is marketing, but it's proven that USA's have better electronics. If there wasn't any difference, It would be illegal to market them as different things do to false advertising laws.
-
@johnnyluvstacos actually that's half the reason they're twice the price! the rest of it is called marketing
-
@brettnhomer I know what you mean. But the USA's have better electronics.
-
@johnnyluvstacos oh contrae mon fraie...mid 90s.to.06..r exactly the same...its called marketing...so silly lil boys like u pay more for the same thing....reduced labor ring a bell?..its not personal johnny...its business.....
