Additional rights for homosexuals is a ridiculous concept, & Redundant at best, because all Americans are protected by the Constitution and the Bill of rights equally - Even more ridiculous & redundant is HATE crime Legislation - Assault & Murder are already characteristically "HATE" crimes because of the assumed disregard for another persons Life & Liberty. - Hate crime Legislation is actually a method,implemented to covertly undermine double Jeopardy (trying someone twice for the same crime)

What Homosexuals generally mean when they say "Rights", is that they want exclusive SPECIAL RIGHTS to practice Sodomy openly, & they want the Gov. to protect, promote & also force the rest of the population to accept Sodomy as Normal - I say SPECIAL RIGHTS, because Homosexuals already have identical rights under the Constitution - Interestingly, since the push of Special rights for Homosexuals, we are now being told that murder & assault are crimes of Hate if the Victim happens to be Gay
