Interview with Gregory Sumner, JD, PhD, Professor of History at University of Detroit Mercy and author of "Unstuck in Time: A Journey Through Kurt Vonnegut's Life and Novels"
It's a damn shame this isn't the kind of material being broadcasted on the mainstream media. Imagine if instead of 10% caring it was 90%. Imagine how different the world would be....
I saw KV at a speech he gave at University of KS in the early 80s - was already a fan of his writings by way of 'Cat's Cradle', 'Breakfast of Champions', "S - 5'', 'Ws, Fs & Gs'. He spoke wonderfully about the method of storytelling. Can't say what a favorite book is, but re-read many. Look forward to going over 'Hocus Pocus'- again - and seeking out the 99%!
Really great interview
