1971 Plymouth 'Cuda 340

Sweeeeeeet red 'Cuda 340 w/pistol grip 4 speed. It was the pinnacle for the 'Cuda in looks. I was simply born at the wrong time for cars, though I have yet to be smitten with the new Ford Mustang Bosses. Funny thing, my purchase power is about the same or better today than it would have likely been in '71. Dad made ~$8,500 in the very early 70's, and a little more than half his salary would have bought a '71 Hemi Cuda on sale. Instead, he sold his '68 Firebird Convertible for a Pinto wagon since he needed a thrifty family car. Oh well, I'll stick with my 3 Mercury Comet V8s. Taken at Abingdon Lowes 9/9/2011.
