Do you and your spouse practice the same religion? If not...how do you work through the variances in perspective and the implementation of those ideals. We give you some important ingredients to help you get through the stickiness of different spiritual beliefs and help you achieve harmony in your home.

  • @BWOGG well that usualy means they are secular so they might be less hostile to the idea but i think allowing the kids to be muslim is your best shot or begging her mum and dad and showing them that there daughters husband will be love her and be able to support her and there kids

  • @itstruth4u2 lollll, who did Jesus pray tto? i doubt he prays to himself. NO! he was a messenger to the Israelites and he will come back by the will of Allah.

  • @BWOGG Just do things ALL OF THEM being sure with GOOD INTENTIONS and everything will come towards you(you'll get your answers, and you and her will be set)

  • Being as though my wife had the same views as her family shared of Muslims; I had to just show and prove to her that what she thought she knew was wrong. I can sit with a Christian, Jewish, Buddist or whatever and have a very civil conversation and interaction. It starts with PROPER COMMUNICATION. Point blank; if a Man is doing what a Man is supposed to do (love, cherish, and take care of his family) he's worthy of your love no matter what differences you may have in belief...

  • This is a very good topic. I am Muslim myself and my wife is Christian. Alot of people mess up by already going into situations with one track minds or simply following what they only saw their family do and NOT having their own mind! My situation is very Beautiful and I couldn't be happier! My wife respects my beliefs and I respect hers. My wife had her opinion of Muslims as well; which was'nt good until she got to know me. Marrying someone in YOUR OWN beliefs DON'T mean success....

  • ALWAYS marry some one with the same faith as your self or their will be many arguments and maybe even divorse

  • He not a muslim okay

  • @GREATBUMEST Its true. Human should respect, trusted and accepted each others religion. The 'politician' make people all over the world fighting because of religion. Religion is personal and we must, must and must respect in anyway others religion, than we become a human..

  • I need help! me and my partner are of differenf faiths, mine being none his islam.

I know from past conversations his views are stong on the way he would like his kids brought up and these views are based on his religion and culture.

However because my beliefs are not reinforced by millions of worshipers and and personal to me alone, i cant be confident in putting forward how i would like my children to be raised because the path i choose to follow there are no hard and fast rules!

  • @BWOGG Its not fair.U should tell her that the kids WILL HAVE TO DECIDE.TEACH UR KIDS TO RESPECT BOTH OF UR RELIGIONS.dont tell ur kids,my religion is much better instead let them choose.God bless

  • The world will be so much better if everyone will accept everyones belief.WE WILL NEVER BE THE SAME.why dont be just pray to god.Christians and muslims...hating is not good for ur health.Hate only creates pain and suffering.Just respect and accept everyone.God bless u all.Im christian and i dont hate muslims

  • @itstruth4u2 all im saying is ...stop hating on others u dont know, im sure u never read the quran..or did u? no u didnt and ur probably one of those who watch the ABCnews or some cnn news and start hating lmfao. let me tell u, what others say about religion isnt always true. trust me if u believe in a God then dont hate on others,in every religion they teach u about respect toward other humens right? then where is urs???????????
