This is a great all body workout and we had loads of fun filming which we hope to do more of. You can get you hands on some glide here or you can use some paper plates just as good.

The Workout:

Round 1 -- 20 reps * Glide back lunges * Lateral glide lunges * Glide running * Plank with row and gilde split * Close grip press-ups

Round 2 -- 15 reps

Round 3 -- 10 reps

Round 4 -- 5 reps
