  • wow...imbecile

  • There is no question that the 2nd amendment IS an individual right. The bill of rights is a straight jacket on ALL forms of government, preventing them from taking away the rights of people.

What does it matter if the The Bill of rights only stops the federal government. If a state or local government can rob us of our rights then the bill of rights is worthless.

  • Outstanding one who desires a respectful or cordial dialogue.

  • @altops Before you go to WAR and spill a lot of innocent blood, because that is exactly what WAR does, I suggest you organize and use the vote to its fullest. Start in your city, then state, and finally our nation. You also said 'they' are instigating violence to excuse a total take over .., so why advance 'their' cause? I do not agree we depend on the military for anything .. or we'll get a take over and military dictatorship. Please message me and lets discuss this more.

  • right and to violate said inalienable, uninfrigable rights is an act of treason against a Sovereign Citizen, and Citizens all have the right to protect and defend their own God given, Constitutionally recognized rights with justifiable deadly force! I will with deadly force defend My rights, because few cops, and No Courts will Honor them. We truly have no standing with them because We the People are reviled. War is eminent!

  • our whole Military needs to arrest every one in local state and federal government, then hold new elections across the board upon a litmus test that every one to run for office understands they be killed upon violation of their of office from hear on out.

  • this guy naive, hey jerky boyz, its all,,,everything they do is to instigate a violent conflict for an excuse for a total take over. because nothing they do the Fed i speak of aligns with the Constitution.

  • Social contract basically put.

  • The Bill of Rights are a set of clearly worded standards that impact the states as much as the federal govt. No state has the right to violate a person's rights, as written there. States did violate them, but the states were wrong to do so.
