Come on, lets just give her a break. We all do lie and always think we have a reason to lie. I am not saying its right for her to lie, but i guess she is just trying to be protective of herself. She started lying and comes up with more lies to cover them. i believe she said the truth sometimes, but no one is willing to believe her.
