Part of a post-las vegas grand prix challenge which pitted the top world reining champion (some belgian girl) along with anky and pessoa versus a top american dressage rider, show jumper, and the nrha president.
usa won, but europe made a valiant effort.

You know guys, if anyone is locking you in an arena, forcing you to practice Ankys methods and watch all these videos, let me know and I will personally come rescue you. But until then, how about we just stick to our own styles instead of bashing on here? And why can't anyone offer sound advice? Instead of just saying how bad it is, how about you offer a better alternative? I'm not saying I'm a full Anky supporter but I at least have some respect, unlike quite a few people I see on here today.

Horse respnding=you giving the correct comands, horse not responding=you doing something wrong..simple as that..a person who deserves all these harsh comments is the type of person who slouchs, feet digging into the horses shoulder, hands laying on the withers, and their legs all over the place(I have seen that! lmao) That's bad riding and THAT person deserves these comments so find that person and write these comments! lmao Anky obviously is doing something right if the horse is responding.

I haven't done a lot of dressage but doesn't it involve a LOT of leg and seat commands...? And so does reining, so what's with the gaping mouth and excessive rein use??

I always thought she was a beautiful dressage rider til I learned about her training methods =/ For all you people saying "Well western isn't her thing, dressage is", guess what? I've been riding hunt seat since I was 3 and I've shown on the Arab circuit since I was 12, and last year I started teaching myself and my mare western pleasure to go for highpoint at a local show. I'm used to rein contact and so is my horse, but I can ride with slack in the reins and have her respond. No gaping mouth.

@Sabley , look if you like anky so much then why dont you go do her rolkur methods aigh? Shes a horrible person and personally i think reining is cruel, so now i see anky as cruel and always have and always will.
