Yes, I believe your ratio of ingredients was off, at least with regard to the least lumpiest pancakes. The flour is not the issue, I think more water or milk is the solution. i also did not see eggwhite added to the mixture. This vastly improves the texture. In your past video vanilla was sometimes added. A would have been a good choice in this video as well. Leave out the baking powder. That is less ideal for pancakes.
