  • Yes beautiful. her dad would be proud for sure.

  • Truly sublime...the first time I heard this I was awoken from my sleep as she sang it on the Michael Parkinson show many years ago in England. What a wonderful voice to be woken by, I thought I was dreaming..aaahh.

  • my mom had her cd and I always played it in her room since I first listened to it. I was 9, and I still feel the magic now when I'm 23.

  • ahhhh. just what the healer recommended: pure love and sweetness.

  • excellent, flawless vocals. Totally effortless on Natatie's part. She is totally at the top of her game with this album. LOVE IT!!! I wish Norah Jones could do a cover of this.

  • This came out when I was in my early twenties working at a video store. We played this over the speakers three times a day for a long while. I remember all the disparate tastes of the employees I worked with and the heated musical arguments that took place of what should be played. Hardcore punk, country , alternative, R&B. The magic of this album brought everyone together. :)

  • @salemwolves I believe so ,If he would have listened it has so much to say,but hey I tried ,I have had two great men in my life ,and this song makes me think of them both ,they are special in different ways.....I'll never find another like my A.D.L .....

  • @RoseBuds38Thornz It's a beautiful song, meant for slow dancing with the person you love. So sad he didn't understand it, too bad for him actually.

  • Natalie Cole is simply, perfection...in every sense of the word.

  • I played this song to my husband because someone told me to try and work things out and get back what I loved most about him even though he was in the wrong,I tried to thinking that he would listen his response was "It's a sad and depressing song". I think it's a wounderful love song ,Besides it was meant for a lost love anyway even if niether likes it,I tried and won't again......Love always to the both of you...

  • Simply one of the most greatest albums ever recorded...E-V-E-R!

  • I love this song...
