siwon is going crazy over the death of hankyung cuz he had a heart attack after he killed hankyung, then the doctor puts hankyung's heart into his body and siwon started to have feelings about the girl and found out that it was the girl's boyfriend he killed so........and besides the reason siwon started to have feelings about the girl is because hankyung's heart that's in his body still have feeling for her

This mv is so sad! I actually understood the mv, unlike the other confusing ones. Both Jang Ri In and Xiah Junsu did and amazing job remaking this song! And Hankyung, Siwon and Lee Yeon Hee did a great jod acting!
