  • I so want to live like that: included in and conscious of Jesus's death and resurection and living that out every day! It is awesome that we have a God that wants to live WITH us! Definately dancing music!

  • SUCH A BLESSING TO HAVE HEARD THIS AND TO HEAR IT AGAIN AND AGAIN.

  • TRUTH IS SPOKEN HERE. AND SO BEAUTIFULLY.

  • Living sacrifices freely given,

bound with cords of His Love,

    alters that way we abide

    on the Altar of Love.

Additional lyrics are mine, after several listenings to this solid testimony of faith in an excellent music offering. Thank you brothers, for refreshing my heart.

  • I only wish this song were longer.. I felt like it wasn't quite done yet.. owell!

  • No one does musical bridges quite like Downhere. Awesome.

  • @Kyalie Agreed. Fiddle+Drum=Very Powerful!

Religion-"christian" or otherwise-should make us suspicious. This song tells the truth. What Jesus asks is much more than we are capable of. That's why He gives His Holy Spirit to all who believe, to make us able to be who we can't be alone. Religion tells us to do things, but Jesus tells us to become someone we're not. "Yes, you come here to die, but you know that it's good, cuz you come out alive." I'd be glad to tell you more if you're interested:)

  • Love this song and more! To see photos from Downhere's performance in Southern California's Worshipfest, see Julianne Gentry Photography page on Facebook. October 21, 2011

  • This song is by far their best ever. The lyrics are amazing. The whole thing is just incredible. They should do more songs like this.

  • You fellows always speak volumes to me in your songs... or maybe that's SING volumes.... at any rate.... Keep it up.

Can't wait to see you again.

Thank you for coming to my very hole in the wall town.

    Blessings
