Ever wanted a real man's solid bone crushing, eagle talon grip?

Well here's how. Take two tennis ball and deflate a little air from inside with a pen. Work your way with one ball first, then two balls to cover a larger surface area. This works alot of muscles in the hand area, some of which includes the Lumbricals, Adductor Pollicis, Flexor Pollicis Brevis, Abductor Pollicis Brevis, Opponens Pollicis, Opponens Digiti Minimi, Palmar and Dorsal Interosseis, and forearm extensor and flexor muscles that acts on the wrist and fingers. The muscles in the hands are pretty dense, so plenty of squeezing everday will help.

In Kung Fu we use Tiger Claw and Eagle Claw. This is particularly useful for developing the kind of strength in the palm of your almighy claws.
