  • @Blueberrypassion hey every ones a expert right? lmfao

  • @fourpointohh Check your law. It IS illegal to deface money. You cannot change the face value of currency without proper permits.

  • @EPhantom125 you can do what ever you want man, no ones stoping you (= as for coins, its not illegal to deface money as long as your not counterfiting

  • @fourpointohh with that logic I am allowed to kill anyone I want as long as i don't get caught. so, it isn't wrong to rape anyone, as long as I kill them so no-one knows, then it's a-ok ^_^.

Illegal means ILLEGAL, not Illegal only if we see you doing it.

  • @tapout320 so you're telling me, that if I earn 10 pennies, I am allowed to melt them down to make a profit of 3 pennies, giving me a total of 13 pennies for the work preformed for 10 pennies? Suuuure. with that logic, I can pull 10million dollars from you if you make a stupid 10 dollar bet from me.

  • @EPhantom125 This only applies to pennies and nickels. Coins containing silver are OK. And just dont get caught. Swim melted thousands of pennies and made lots of money off of em. To me, money is private property. I earn it it belongs to me.

  • if your melting a coin... how are they to find out you melted it? - if you dont get caught it is not illegal

  • what burner you are using

  • Note to all: It IS illegal to melt down US currency for the metals in which they are made. This is because the metals that they are made of are worth MORE then their face value (for the US penny and nickle) To what I remember the melting law was created in 2006

  • @MiKikaIwaShizaru Its not illegal to melt us currency. However, it is illegal to deface then try and use it to defraud the government. Your coins are YOUR coins to do what you please, except defrauding the government with them somehow.
