if the sperm is not thick and white, then you are zinc deficient. Zinc is white so it gives it color .

Is it possible to have zinc deficiency from a young age? You know I've had those white spots on my finger nail since (idk) 7 years old and other symptons.Now at the age of twentyone I heard that I could have zinc def. and started taking zinc caps 50mg or 100mg a day two days ago.

AWEsome video....Ethical Nutrients Zinc Status is a good zinc taste test, too. Zinc levels are really important to check for individuals with Zinc Deficiency...one condition is called Pyroluria (Deficiency in B6 and Zinc). Thank you for teaching us this taste test.
