Nick and Jocelyn part 18

Jocelyns POV

I was getting out of the bathroom when I saw Nick walking towards me. I wanted to completely run the other way but my feet wouldnt let me.

Nick: Jocelyn I have to talk to you and I know you may not want to talk to me right now but can I just ask you something?
Jocelyn: yeah of course
Nick: do you really think me and Miley would be good together?
Jocelyn: well I guess thats up to you
Nick: well what do you think?
Jocelyn: I'm not going to say what you should do just do whatever you think you should do
Nick: alright can I just ask why you didnt want to be with me anymore?

It was so hard trying to figure out an answer to this question! I hated lying to him but I was doing it for him at the same time!

Jocelyn: I just.. I think that... umm
Nick: Jocelyn please just tell me what I did

I couldnt take it anymore! I had to tell him

Jocelyn: Come here

I brought him down the long hall backstage and no one else was down there.
Jocelyn: Look Miley told me that if I didnt break up with you should would tell everyone onstage that you broke up with her and that you hate her and that I hate you for it and Nick before you get mad I did it for you!
Nick: Did she say anything else?
Jocelyn: She said that you would tell your mom that I was only going out with you to make Miley jealous and that I despised your mom.
Nick: wow thats umm a lot
Jocelyn: yeah I know and I'm so sorry Nick I did it for you
Nick: I know you did and you didnt have to I'm so sorry she did that to you

He gave me the biggest hug and it felt so right and again of course I started crying!

Nick: hun dont cry please
Jocelyn: I'm sorry I cant help it Nick you cant say anything to Miley or she'll tell everyone
Nick: She is the least of my problems I couldnt sleep each night since you told me we needed to break up wondering what I did to hurt you and make you change your mind about us
Jocelyn: I'm so sorry
Nick: stop apologizing it's not your fault

Joe came walking down.

Joe: Jocelyn are you ok? What did you say Nick?
Nick: I didnt say anything Joe relax
Jocelyn: really Joe it's not his fault
Joe: Is it something Miley did?
Nick: yes now go away Joe
Joe: It's ok Jossy

Joe gave me a big hug too.

Jocelyn: Thanks Joe

stage manager: Joe come on we need you out here!!
Joe: alright I'm coming! Love you Jocelyn and forget about anything she did to you
Jocelyn: ok Joe thanks love you too

Nick looked down at me
Nick: Well we better start getting ready
Jocelyn: Ok let's go

I was so glad I finally told Nick. I was able to find a time where I could actually talk to him without Miley right there all the time. We were getting down to the final days of our tour and the tour itself was awesome, but one certain person made it hard.

Nick: I have a song I wrote for you and I'm going to sing it tonight
Jocelyn: oh really what song?
Nick: you cant find out yet
Jocelyn: oh come on you know I hate surprises!
Nick: exactly this will drive you crazy!
Jocelyn: gee thanks!

I was actually smiling something I thought I had actually forgotten how to do.
