Hey, you are right, core is tough! I did that and play prior to my offical start, which was 1/5/09. So week 1, day 3 today! Loving it so far! Keep up the good work!

Keep it up. Core knocks me on my butt. I've been doing it for about 2 months (on phase 3) and the recovery week can be brutal. Keep pushing play and posting.

I am in my fourth week of p90x and just did core synergistics today for the first time. MAN that was tough. When I researched p90x, I heard all about plyo and how that's the killer. I think core syn. is MUCH more difficult. So much for an easy recovery week. Anyway, thanks for the video and keep bringing it!

Yeah man core is nothing to laugh at - It always leaves me dead but I love it!
Lots of crazy sets that keeps your body guessing.
