What a convenient, unnatural way for that piece to have landed. Facing the street. Flat. Letters showing. Parallel with the car. That and there is no dust on the letters, on the top of the piece, and it looks like it has an indention crater, like it was placed there after all the dust had settled. I'd call this another plant. And how convenient the police officer noticed it. How convenient.
