This gentleman is a great motivational speaker, the type that can help (and I'm sure has helped) a lot of people. That said, he has also embraced a fair bit of woo-woo magical thinking that's not helpful. If you spend much time watching purveyors of this sort of thing, please also seek out material that balances it with a healthy dose of skeptical thinking. Carl Sagan is a good choice, I think. He inspires, but with nothing beyond solid science (and without any arrogance that puts people off).

Sometimes it's immediacy that changes people and how most have lived their lives is in that sort of mindset, I'm on about the group consciousness. What greg says is very important though, like, how are we to change out of the standard conscious setting for the masses.... It would have a factor upon 'self-awareness', I mean any impressionable change would have to start with the 'inner-being' of the people to start having an effect on the outer world.
