You don't need the air dash to get the buster upgrade. You can get to it using sponge's weapon.

Green Biker Dude. Known by others as GBD, for short. He had a son named Little Green Tricycle Kid and wife Green Housewife Chick. He lived his life as a Biker Dude and died as a Biker dude, but not like any Biker Dude, but as a Green Biker Dude. MegaManX: He was good Biker Dude. I was a bit envious of him sometimes. When I was younger, we had the Megaman X cartridge the SNES, but not X2 or X3. So when I grew up and started using the internetz more, I learned that there were like, a fuckton more Megaman X games and I shit my pants. So that's my story.
