lol! they wouldn't want to throw and drop the 8 best cards in Zendikar, did they? :P

@300spartanmoms Dredge is a mechanic that allows you to mill yourself a certain number of cards and return a card from your graveyard to your hand instead of drawing a card. Combine that with creatures that come back from your graveyard, like Bloodghast, creatures that are powered up by having cards in your graveyard like Golgari Grave-Troll, and spells with Flashback, and that is the basic idea of a dredge deck.

Your beard's a little unsymmetrical there, Luis.

Can anyone explain to me how a dredge deck works?
-
Iona should be in there instead of Bloodghast. Iona is in any reanimating strategy and dredge decks...

Lol he throws Plains :D

Interesting to watch this vid like 10 months later

my top 8:
1. lotus cobra (one of the greatest 2 drops and accelerates you if not dealt with)
2. the fetchlands (these help you get the right lands in almost every deck in the format)
3. vampire nighthawk (3 drop flying deathtouch lifelink is very threatening)
4. day of judgment (wrath of god gets a functional reprint)
-
5. bloodghast (very threatening force that must be exiled to truly die and combos with fauna shaman greatly)
6. valakut, the molten pinnacle (primeval titan makes this card a powerhouse)
7. iona, shield of emeria (one of the greatest control creatures ever printed imo, uw control uses this card because of this fact.
8. eldrazi monument (combine this with a token deck and you have an unstoppable army of flying indestructible creatures aka use this with grave titan!)
Don't lie to me, Luis. Those are Plains you're flinging at me.

that is where you're wrong. LSV is so good at Magic that whatever card he touches it becomes the card he is thinking of and as they leave his hand they return to their normal state thus plains. Hint: Dont question the LSV on his ways.
