  • Jackie Warner is freakin awesome! I love the show she is on, but it hasn't been on in a while, I hope theres a new season soon! Gratz on the loss, it still is a loss and no need to be down about it! Family is definitely hard to be around when trying to do well, I suggest either bringing your own food like you said or just bringing a plate that is small, and then filling that up with a really small portion of one of each of the foods there, that way you won't go overboard but you get everything!

  • The small plate is a good idea. I could probably try that.

  • Isnt breakfast supposed to be the biggest meal of the day and then dinner is meant to be the smallest?

  • Yes, it's important to have a good breakfast, I just can't eat eat a big breakfast. I usually am not hungry until about 11am or so. So, I tend to eat something small. I just hate going to bed feeling hungry so I like to have about 600-700 calories for dinner and an evening snack.

  • That's a good idea and it will also encourage my family with healthier eating if I take the initiative to just make the salads. :)

  • I saw on the biggest loser that before you start eating meal try to start with salad..that way once your done with a salad you will be already be half full..so maybe when you see your family ,start each meal with a salad that way you wont eat alot of your mom's food.
