@dasoldier02 If you met someone who believed Elvis was still alive would you take their beliefs seriously?
-
@ValiantArcher If you have ever tried to use wikipedia as a source of reference you're an idiot.
-
@ValiantArcher Again, you as well as Malik missed the point altogether. It wasn't about how reliable Wiki was, it was about looking up information on the fake doctorate that Kent Hovind possesses.
-
@thelordmemnoch lol then how come i dont have a single professor that will accept wikipedia as valid source on any paper that i turn in?
-
Carbon dating is very reliable, every girlfriend I ever dated contained loads of carbon.
-
@thelordmemnoch WIKIPEDIA. i can edit it today if i want.
-
@malikidmc It is not the most unreliable source. Actually it's very reliable. I wouldn't use that as my main source, granted, but that wasn't my point at all. My point was that Kent Hovind is not a doctor in any sense of the word.

@thelordmemnoch your using Wikipedia? Wikipedia is the most unreliable source of information on the internet. it can be edited time and time again.

Not mocking religion when it comes up is like not mentioning that Charles Manson is delusional when someone discusses the man's claims.
@HumanCompound The fraudster known as Dr. Dino is an idiot. He is no doctor. A quick search even in Wiki can attest to the spurious nature of his "degree". Ten minutes of research, if you are honest, and you will never again use Hovind as any type of authority.

10% margin of error when used properly that is a 500 year difference for a 50 year period. We use radiometric dating now it has a 0.006% margin of error.
both methods agree with each other when but together with other forms of dating. These dating methods also correspond with the layers of the earth.
