  • Not really drop snatches, more like overhead squats. But I think the idea of what you're doing would help your transition, good supplemental exercises.

  • @Rehel34 : Yeah, I think you are right, more of an overhead squat than a drop snatch. They should be done faster than what I am doing here. I was having some difficulty with the balance/adjustments that day. Thanks for the comment.

  • just a quick piece of advice.... for drop snatch/snatch balance, relax as you fall into it, it takes a lot of stress of and is far better for you if you fall into it quickly, not that your a bad lifter, very good :D

    il good morning è un esercizio che va effettuato con il 25 % dello slancio e serve solo per mantenere lo schiena. Fare questo esercizio con 100kg è deleterio e si rischia di farsi male e infiammarsi. Almeno questo per quanto riguarda un pesista...
