Time is the fourth dimension and can't exist independently of 3-D space. The speed of light is constant in the universe. The speed limit is so strictly enforced that he other "laws" of physics can be broken to ensure compliance. There really is no such thing as "laws of physics", just "laws of matter".

I have to point out that this video appears faked. 18 years and the EXACT same background, Karen does not touch the man. I believe this is computer trickery. They removed young Richard and put in old Richard. Probably as a tribute to Karen. It's the same technology that lets modern dancers dance with Fred Astaire. However, they don't falsely claim time dilation for it.

Quit making obviously false claims.

Time itself would tick faster/slower. If you were to carry a watch it would tick faster/slower, and so time is relative.

You, yourself, would experience time differently than one on earth would. A second on your clock will pass as a second normally would to you. You would not know that you are aging slower and that the clock is moving slower. However, your clock, mechanical and biological, will seem to move at a slower rate than the observer on earth. To him, your clock will be much slower.  If you could observe activity on earth, it would appear they'd be moving faster through time, from your perspective.

oh and for biscuitsNgravvvvy, more specifically time does not slow down for you (the observer), it slows down for other objects moving at a speed close to 'c' relative to you. that is as basic as it gets, an understanding of relativity is essential though. eg a spaceship moving close to c will appear slow, heavy and long to you (special relativity effects described above). a person on the spaceship however feels normal and observes you to be moving relative to them, making u slow long and heavy

first of all this video provides no explanations of space time and relativity at all.

secondly e=mc^2 has little to do with special relativity, if any at all.

thirdly, einsteins special relativity laws are (simplified) that mass approaches infinite, time slows down and length contracts as an object approaches the speed of light 'c'.
