I have the one with the metal casting. I left it unused for 3 days, and it was very tight when I put it back. Is it normal? Is it the teeth that moved so fast, or is it the denture? Does it mean that I should almost have it on all the time.

In Canada, people can legally sidestep the dentist by going directly to the Lab to see a Denturist. It saves the patient a LOT of money.

Plus if there is a problem with the dentures, the denturist can fix them usually right on the same day.

Depends if your NHS or Private! You wont see any plate as this is the tongue are, the bit you mean is the flange or gum area. Hmmm I will send you a message as I can explain better as the post is restricted.

Im shocked! Im a Dental Technician and we shure as hell dont get that kind of money for our work especially from a dentist. If you pay £400 in the uk the Technician may get £60 we supply all the materials and the skill of making them. The dentist supplys the impression material,tray and a pretty nurse and gets the lions share! You are paying for his ski holiday and the 3rd house in the sun, dentist dont you just love them!
