Goldeneye 007: Packaging Facility

All you have to do is open GE Editor and open this file and Quick convert it (F5) then go to Silo on 007 mode.

This looks so similar to the original level that it's hard for me to tell the difference.

Of course, that could also be due to faulty memory on my part.

its designed for ROM but you need Goldeneye setup editor and you download the level and play it on there.
