Hiking into Mt. Jefferson Park with my son was an emotional experience. The beauty of the day matched Symon's sheer enthusiasm, excitement, and full presence of each moment. Conversation with my little boy was amazing the entire trip; an unforgettable experience to say the least. Thank God he walked most of the way gaining almost 2000' of elevation and climbing 7 1/2 miles of the 10 mile round trip hike. To all those who enjoy special moments with their children...good job; we truly are so blessed to learn from them, to enjoy moments like these with them!
