Our Balance carrier is ergonomically designed to perfectly distribute baby's weight. It lightens your load and keeps you comfortably cruising all day long. The Balance is also a cozy place for baby, with a natural sitting position, front carry or backpack options and adjustable straps that grow with baby, from infant to toddler.

  • It is perfectly ok for him to have his legs inside the carrier in his natural fetal position. Just make sure the leg hole openings are tightened to a snug yet comfortable level so he is secure inside and the head support straps are also tightened to a comfortable level to provide the proper head support. Also, always make sure he has a clear airway once settled inside the carrier. Hope that help!

  • So the baby’s leg is actually being placed in the right spot – it’s just that the mom in the video isn’t shown making the final strap adjustment. So it may look a little loose there, but once you tighten up the strap it’s super snug and secure.

Also, it's very easy to get baby into the backpack position without a helper. We just wanted to show that it’s ideal to have a partner. We’ll get some instructions in the manual on how to do this without a partner so you can see how simple it is.

  • Hi I have a 9 week old (24 inches, 14 lbs) and am having a hard time using this carrier. I'm having trouble getting his legs to go through the leg opening. I'm a plus sized mom so I'm not sure if that has anything to do with it. He cries when I try to open his legs, which he isn't used to yet being just 9 weeks. Can I just leave his legs in his naatural position? But then I'm afraid he will slide to the bottom. Do I need to return this product? Please reply thanks :)

  • The carrier looks like a reasonably priced alternative for long front and back carrying. I like that the baby is not dangling. The toddler looks like her left leg is not in the correct opening for the back carry at around 3:15-3:23. Makes me wonder if it is hard to get babies and toddlers into those leg openings. Is it possible to get the carrier on in the backpack carry without a helper?
