This is a 10 minute workout, 5 exercises, 60 second intervals, with a 10 second rest in between performed twice.
Exercises: 1) one leg head stand pushup with one leg raised on bench 2) push up walkovers 3) tricep overhead press with heavy resistance band, left side 4) tricep overhead press with heavy resistance band, right side 5) pushup to side plank shoulder side raise
