Some are my versions from tutorials, such as my hologram one. But most are just coming up with a stupid video then working out a way to achieve it. I'm running low on ideas these days lol .. thanks for the compliments tho.

Tears could possibly be done in AE, maybe Glue Gun.
The latest After Effects comes with a plugin called CC Rain which lets you adjust the rain amount, speed & angle.
Other additional plugins: Digieffects Delirium has a plugin called DE Rain Fall. Boris FX has a plugin called BCC Rain.
