My oldest neon blue crayfish,crawfish,lil lobster,etc etc,its 3 years old,he's about 6 inches long,its eating an algee waffer in long 55 gallon tank,more fighting an mating vids in my crayfish playlist

i had a blue crayfish and he dissapeared. He vanished from my tank like 3 months ago and i havent seen him since. Is it possible he climbed up the heater or filter and escaped? or maybe buried himself under the gravel and died?
