These remotes dont work in homebrew. I found that out after buying it. Waste of money.

Got a wand for Christmas. It seems the solid red light problem is not uncommon. Will you put solutions on the Nyko website? It should be under "troubleshooting" and "problem: fresh batteries are in the wand and the lights are solid red."

My Nyko Wii remote is old but still in good condition would these steps help ?

@Lilicool09 If you are having an issue syncing your Wand, then yes, please follow these steps. If you continue to have issues, try unplugging the Wii for 30 seconds. If problems still persist, call us at 888.444.6956

@NykoTechnologies: yea, well, your support hours are during my work day and i will not be taking off just to fix the TWO (purchased at the same time) wands that won't synch. since the same exact problem exists for BOTH, it is obvious that it is your shitty merchandise that is the culprit. oh and i've told everyone on facebook, google +, reddit, etc not to buy your products.

@aggravatedmonkey please feel free to email us at customersupport(at)nyko.com and we can do our best to solve the issue with your current remotes, or if need be, replace them with new Wands. Each Wii only allows a certain number of new syncs, and since both remotes are giving you this issue, we think that might be the problem. Try unplugging your Wii for about 30 seconds, then plugging it back in. Let us know if that works. If not, please email us and we'll work with you to rectify the problem
